the relationship between noobaa account and obc ??

In NooBaa system,  every time you create a new obc,  it will generate a new AK/SK. Mean while, every time you create a new account ,it will generate a new SK/SK.  My Questions are:

1.  whether  every obc has a account associate with it? 
2.  Is there a way to link a account to obc,  specify a account for the obc when create it?  so I can access many obc with the same account ,and don't need to set the bucket policy.
