issue when updating: what should i do now?

Hi,

So, last time I attempted to update gpt4all, something went wrong.

On January 30th, I made two attempts; the corresponding installation logs can be found at the end of the following InstallationLog.txt:

Since then, this is how the maintenancetool.app and the GPT4All.app icons look like:

And these are the messages I get when i try to open either of them, respectively:

I have not tried anything, such as manually uninstalling the apps, downloading and installing again, since I suspect that might not be the best path forward.

Given this situation, what should I do to get GPT4All back?
