Bug description

Swiper notifications are announced only if buttons are clicked with the keyboard, but not on tap/click.

Expected Behavior

State of carousel is announced via aria-live (.swiper-notification) on TalkBack

Actual Behavior

Tapping on navigation buttons is "silent"
