I have also noticed that whenever you scope with a weapon you cannot hold it shoot and then hold it you always need to again hold it is like separate whenever you shoot something Right Click Left Click Right Click again does not register(But it is a minor problem i do not mind it)

You have "Enable toggable ironsights" unchecked in the advanced options, this requires you to hold right mouse button to remain scoped, you can turn this option on to resolve this issue.

Sorry, I misread the issue, the scope indeed automatically zooms back in after firing when togglable ironsights are off.
