Is there an "out-of-the box demo" script or a tutorial for PhyBEARS.jl like there is for BioGeoBEARS? I see a lot of scripts in notes/, but it's hard to tell where to start.

Hi! It's all in development, but go through the scripts in /tests/runtests.jl to see the stuff where everything is lined up from implementation to unit testing. We should be adding more there in the next weeks, there are a bunch of older tests that need to be updated due to changes in base code. Cheers! Nick
