Why some windows do not restore to right workspace automatically, but can restore properly by manually press the button in top bar menu?

I find almost all windows can restore to their original workspaces automatically, but Firefox won't, I must press the button in top bar menu to "Move windows to their workspace by the saved session", the windows restore properly. I read #61, but it seems different, because actually the button does the right things. Is there a way to automatically execute "Move windows to their workspace by the saved session" during restore?
