Tfusermapping with different mails

I will be migrating bulk users from one organization to another organization, I know we can use tfusermapping with usermapping json where we can match displaynames of users,

1. is this support users with different mail , where we can configure mail id in usermapping json instead of displayname ?
2. if only support displaynames in usermapping json, what will happen if multiple users have same displayname?
   3)please share sample usermapping json template with latest version 16.2.0? as per document its showing version 15+?

Azure DevOps does not have the email in the field data that is used when migrating work items.

This is not possible at the moment, but could be a good feature enhancement.

I really don't know... I assume it would pick the first one. This would need some investigation and testing.
