Migration of users,Security groups with permission from one organisation to another organisation

Hi Team, I have query, Migration of custom security groups along with users in those groups and their group permission setting as well from one organisation to another organisation,also we have to migrate groups ,users with their respective groups permission setting in project level as well.

if yes, please share prerequesite to be done before execution of tool, also share example configuration.json for same, Im using 16.0.4 version

hi Martin, i seen that discussion and From that conversation, i could see ,we cannot migrate Security groups,permission in security groups,organisation groups as well, but i can able to migrate teams to target but users are not populating in target, i have double checked and make sure users with correspondent mail is created in organisationa and project as well, will share configuration, please guide me through this
