Update internal links in Acceptance Criteria

When migrating work items between 2 AzureDevops servers, links inside the Acceptance Criteria seems not to be updated to target ADO endpoint.
I am running TfsWorkItemMigrationProcessor, and using TfsWorkItemEmbededLinkTool , but it doesn't seem to do the trick.

Update: seems like some links get updated, and others don't - not sure why

Links need to match a pattern... what sort of links are they.

One of them failing is "https://<old-DNS///_workitems/edit/", where Source Collection is setup as "https://<old-DNS///"
