TfsTestPlansAndSuitesMigrationProcessor fails with Sequence contains more than one element

When using this :

I get this error, which I am not sure is a Bug, or a problem in my Test Plans (and if so, how to fix):

You have two test plans with the same name in the Source. Update them to be different and you will pass this.

When querying using Work Item Type = Test Plan, I only get 2 items , and with different names. Strange

Also fails when just selecting one plan using:
"TestPlanQuery": "PlanID IN ('3')",

We have 2 test plans. ID 3, name = "PI 1" and ID 1031, name = "PI2, I1"
I have tried to run them individually using "TestPlanQuery": "PlanID IN ('3')",
For ID 3, I get this "Sequence contains more than one element", whereas 1031 gets converted nicely.

So seems it is not the Test plan names, but something underneath which causes the problem.

Sorry, found duplicates of "PI 1" in target . problem fixed ;)
