WI Fields not updating properly and team member not found error?

I have a field in both source and target named "original requestor" and the field value is a team members account. After doing the migration that field is not updating with the user account name. It worked on v15 but I'm currently on v16 and its causing issues. I'm also getting this message in my terminal. Am I supposed to add in team members manually before doing the migration?

• Does Gautam Sood still exist? We cant assign a capacity to a user that no longer esists.

• Your field maps have firendly name and not Refname of the fields. We only support Refname in sourceField and targetField properties. Thats most likley the reason the fields are not migrating. The refname woul look somethig like Custom.OriginalRequestor ...
