Getting a Target PAT Error?

[15:58:30 FTL] [16.0.2] Error while running TfsWorkItemMigrationProcessor
Validation failed for endpoint 'Target': The AccessToken must not be null or empty when AuthenticationMode is set to 'AccessToken'.

Im using version 16.0 and I've created a brand new PAT with the highest level of privileges and its still giving me that error. Please help. I have tried changing PAT's but it's still not recognizing them.

In order for us to help you will need to provide both the log, and the configration file that you are using.

Generate and Attach Log

Steps:

1. In the Config file, change LogLevel to Debug.
2. Identify a work item ID that exhibits this issue and create a query that only selects this work item.
3. Delete any existing copy of that work item from the target.
4. Run the migration.
5. Comment here with the full Log attached as well as the full (redacted) configration file that you are using.

Your config does not have the PAT in the right place and its null!

See TfsTeamProjectEndpoint for the correct format!

I've attached my v16 config file below. Ive put "PAT GOES HERE" wherever I've been entering my PAT. Please let me know if this is wrong.
