Azure DevOps Pipeline Processor - System.ArgumentNullException- uriString

I get the following error when i try to use the AzureDevOpsPipelineProcessor:

System.ArgumentNullException: Der Wert darf nicht NULL sein.
Parametername: uriString
bei System.Uri..ctor(String uriString, UriKind uriKind)

(I get the same error for the other migration options aswell (build/realease/serviceconnections and tasks)

your AzureDevOpsendpoint does not follow the docs? Granted the sample on https://nkdagility.com/learn/azure-devops-migration-tools/Reference/Endpoints/AzureDevOpsEndpoint/ is not great! You should use:

Well this is correct, anyway the connection to the Endpoints was not the issues here - i get an error on the PipelineProcessor.

I tried it with the chanced authentication and still get the same error.

If you can provide the log (the file, not a snipit) that would be great.

Since your Endpoints in your config above are not valid there would be no data for Collection or AccessToken and no way for the AzureDevOpsPipelineProcessor to connect to Azure DevOps. The corrected format I provided above will get the right config to the right place. I'm working through adding validators so that at least it will give you a good error message.

There may be additional issues, but the system will not function without the correct Endpoint format.
