Unable to configure store with AuthenticationMode as Prompt

I cant use FULL PAT access, my org restricts to use custom only hence AccessToken wont work, so choose to Prompt, but when run tool from cmd, I am not getting any Prompt and throwing below error, i have access to both source and target collections

This is fixed by #2308 which should be in preview supper soon. Ill release a patch as soon as its all through the system as we have some really big changes coming through (and I have fixed this in those changes so no regression.)
