Yes, I have the same problem, after setting "ReplayRevisions": false," the comments are not migrated. |

It seems that migrating between to projects in Azure DevOps Service omitted all comments in the original project. Is this the default behavior or is that somehow affected by the "ReplayRevisions" option?
