Automatic folder creation for remote iterations and areas

In the source project, there are often situations with a large number of missing iterations/areas. It might be worth adding the AutoCreateRemovedIterationsAndAreas option in the target project, which would automatically put them in the RemovedIterations/RemovedAreas folder. This would avoid the need to use mapping below.

Our project contains a huge number of work items, which causes inconvenience: they take a long time to load, and after that an error occurs.
