Bug in v14.4.1 fixed in v14.4.3 - path is not correctly formatted

There was a bug found in v14.4.1 that caused an error when looking up iteration and area paths.

@FokkoVeegens found the issue and provided a fix which is now in for v14.4.3

We added some additional code for #1826 and its failing on unknown iterations... its possible that an iteration to be deleted, which means that it would not have start and end dates.

We are now checking for that in v14.4.3
