Testplan migration fails

I'm trying to migrate testplans from project A to project B and I'm facing below error.

I have changed wiql to different forms like

@shiva-gattu your config is invalid! TestPlansAndSuitesMigrationConfig does not have those configuration options.

Please use "migration.exe init -options Full" to generate a full valid config and make sure that everything is in order. You will see the options for TestPlansAndSuitesMigrationConfig in the resultant file.
