add provider OpenAI compatible

Hi. Please add a universal provider compatible with OpenAI. sst/opencode also has hooks, and will be available in other cli soon.

looked the other day into it but couldn't find anything about hooks support. I might have overlooked something. Do you have any pointers or tips to explore this further? Maybe links to documentation that could help me out? :)

might be interesting to see if we could somehow hook it into AugmentCode as well? (it uses different AI providers you can choose from of which theres Claude and OpenAI)

Or would tdd-guard automatically work with Claude even tho it goes through AugmentCode?
