"i18n.inputMethod.fcitx5.settings does not exist" Problem on adding stylix flake

When adding the stylix flake, I get the below error:

The option `home-manager.users.<name>.i18n.inputMethod.fcitx5.settings' does not exist

I tried to check in home manager if the option exists and the file that references this in stylix, and although I found, it didn't give me any clues since the options do exist. I am on version 25.05 of nixos and use nixos-unstable branch. The error occurs by just passing the flake as a module on nixos, nothing more is needed to trigger the error.

I can provide more information to understand the problem, I'm just not sure what to look for anymore

you need to update home-manager

Thanks! I'm new to home manager and overall managing flakes so I thought by upgrading nixos/nixpkgs flakes would follow the version.
