Transfer nixos-avf to nix-community

I'm the owner of https://github.com/mkg20001/nixos-avf, the repo that contains the configs for running nixos on the android terminal app (aka android virtualization framework)

This project's goals are similar to the ones of nixos-wsl, just for android.

This intially came from a pull-request in nixos-hardware NixOS/nixos-hardware#1417

We usually prefer that projects have matured a little before they are moved to nix-community but as there has already been an attempt to upstream it to nixos-hardware I think we consider this mature enough.

I've sent you an invite to join @nix-community organisation and created @nix-community/nixos-avf team.

After the repo is transferred I'll restore you permissions on the repo, github usually downgrades them during the transfer.
