[Feature Request] add allow unfree flag

Requested Feature

I want to be able to specify a list of "unfree" packages and install them accordingly without ever messing with my configuration.nix file

Current Limitations

I have to install packages either directly in the configuration.nix (didn't try the allowUnfree flag yet, and rather not to)
