changing ownership of btrfs subvolumes on creation

Hey all, I was going for a setup with btrfs subvolumes inside a specific user home, same as shown in a comment from another issue: #409 (comment)

But my question here - how to correctly set ownership of /home/besser/Sync in the example from the linked comment?

I guess at the time of subvolume creation user besser does not even exist, so postCreateHook is not so obvious to write
