Stop using an AI code review bot #1121
Description
AI code review just adds more noise that human reviewers have to pick through. Especially since the coderabbitai bot gives very verbose reviews with nested dropdown menus, a diagram, and information restated multiple times. (#1120)
It is also concerning that in addition, neither README.md nor CONTRIBUTING.md mention the use of AI in code review.
After all, we got rid of an AI-generated logo because it was unacceptable (#781), so why are we letting an AI influence our code, which has greater potential for negative consequences?
