Local dev server throws an error because of <video> tag

If i were to have a video tag on my page it throws an error
i put in video tag src to public folder (path is correct) when i load a page which has a video, it throws an error in console instantly:

➜ Local: http://localhost:3000/

➜ press h + enter to show help

 php  Ended with: null

Could you please tell me what can be the issue?
