Reload isn't working for HTML, SCSS files

When I installed your build I start working on a project and found that html and scss files weren't updating via reload.

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Install as per instructions
2. npm run start as per the readme
3. Edit index.html or main.scss then save
4. Observe that nothing updates on the browser.

• OS: Windows 10
• Browser: Firefox
• Version: 85
