An ability to save/store custom catalog URLs like CustomerSeed URLs for future MIST installer grabs

To be able to trigger MIST without needing to specify --catalog-URL if a stored value is already present

Describe any alternative solutions or approaches you have considered or implemented to workaround the missing feature.
Currently just manually copy and pasting the information for --catalog-url but would be great to have this to make an automated solution for grabbing new beta PKGs automatically.
