How can I disable routing of hgv or trucks with completely for residential roads and living streets

Hi,
I have created custom osm highways data with all residential and living streets with tags for residential roads viz. motor_vehicles =yes, hgv: conditional= yes @ (width<1.8), hgv=no and for living streets viz motor_vehicle = no, hgv=no
But when I make curl request it's still giving routing direction Also when I do the same with Valhalla app How can correct it . Study area of interest is Warakas Indonesia @nilsnolde
