change to - regular_expression = r"(?i)FILE:[\w\s-./\]+?.(pdf|docx|pptx|txt|md)"

fix this in file location of backend/utils.py

can we add open search dashboard too i tried using docker-compose due to localhost its was unsuccessful if is there solution please do add or share.
