Chrome not tiling correctly in multiple windows

Steps to reproduce:

1. Open Chrome
2. Open Terminal
3. Open another terminal
4. Start aerospace tiling mode

Expected result: Chrome shouldnt be covering the terminal window
Actual result: Chrome is covering the terminal window

Some windows have minimal size that AeroSpace can't override
