Question: How does enable toggle turn AeroSpace back on if key events aren’t intercepted when it’s disabled?

I’m trying to understand how the enable toggle command works in Aerospace.

• Using enable toggle successfully disables AeroSpace temporarily.
• But toggling it back on does not work, because the docs say:

Key events are not intercepted when AeroSpace is disabled.

If key events aren’t intercepted while AeroSpace is disabled, what mechanism is supposed to handle enable toggle to re-enable AeroSpace?
Is there another way (e.g., CLI command, macOS shortcut, daemon/API) to bring AeroSpace back without relying on key interception?
