Move apps to scratch workspace by default?

Hi,
I have currently 4 workspaces (1,2,Web and Code) that I regularly use in my aerospace workflow. I use workspaces 1, Web and Code for specific apps:

run = 'move-node-to-workspace Web'

run = 'move-node-to-workspace Code'

Is there a way to move all apps that do not have specific rules to a specific "scratch" workspace (workspace 2 in this case)?
