Workspace wrongfully switched after minimizing window

Steps to reproduce:

1. Open Firefox on Workspace 1.
2. Open a new Firefox window and move it to workspace T (for example)
3. Minimize Firefox on workspace T

Expected result: Workspace T and existing windows remain focused
Actual result: First (where other Firefox window) workspace becomes visible/active (you can see in the recording workspace changed from T to 1)
