belle is not working

I also have this problem on my recent install of belle, it didn't happen when I installed it before on another computer. I reinstalled belle at an earlier version 3.0.2 bumped in May 2017, and the error is still there, not sure what is to try.

This project is probably dead. Anyways I was able to fix this issue by downgrading React to v15.6.1. It seems Belle doesn't work on React v16+.
Adding this here in case anyone ends up here.
