Interpret several/couple as ranges #205

Sentences like "a couple hundred years ago XY happened" do currently not return any parsed quantity (as of #203 )
Describe the solution you'd like
As suggested by @yoavg, according to customary definition, these values can be interpreted as " between 2 and 10" or similar. Quantulum has builtin support for uncertainty using ranges. These may be used to leverage the interpration of sentences like the above.
