Ability to delete tun interfaces by number, as well as name

When deleting tun interfaces created by the proxy using the `ifdel --name <name>` command, it would be nice to be able to specify the number of the interface instead of the whole name, represented on the CLI by '#'

For example, `ifdel --name 1` or `ifdel 1`
