PyHSS_API.py file missing

The PyHSS_API.py file referenced in the api md is missing from the main branch. It appears to have previously been located in the root of the project.

I assume this is missing in error, and is available from multiple other branches - but thought it worth flagging.

Eg. The 'API doc update' branch https://github.com/nickvsnetworking/pyhss/blob/API_Doc_Update/PyHSS_API.py contains a copy updated 2/2/2023. I'm unsure what the latest is.
