System definition files are not mutated when deployed through testing tools. #37
Description
Many of our custom devices have mutation code that execute as part of the OnLoad action in the configuration code. OnLoad means "when the configuration front panel is loaded" not "when the system definition is loaded". Since we don't load the front panel for the custom device in the automated tests we never mutate the system definition.
