Support "Ctrl+A" to select all in text boxes like LabVIEW 2025 Q3

Hi fellow developers,

Following the discussion here, it would be nice to support the "Ctrl+A" shortcut in all text boxes to align with the feature added in LabVIEW 2025 Q3.

I would suggest the following logic when pressing "Ctrl+A":

• If currently editing a text box, select its whole content.
• Else, if the "Layers" tab is active, select all user layers.
• Else, do nothing.

Specifically, the text boxes in the Icon Editor are:

• the templates filter
• the icon text lines
• the glyphs filter
• the layer names

1. I just did a quick mock-up and it looks like I can do the select all on the text boxes fairly easily.
2. I'll have to give some thought on the Layers part. I need to play around with workflow to see if it makes sense.
3. Even if we don't select all of the layers, the icon picture should still do the select all. So it isn't exactly a "do nothing".

Just messing around some more, pasting with the text tool after we copied text does not paste text, but image data. This should be looked at as well.

EDIT: Just did a little more digging. The layers need selected in order to do a proper "copy". This results in:
If in text box
Select all text in the box
Else
Select all layers (current behavior)
