Button Scale While Pressed

When editing a default or Flight Tracker toggle switch, it seems Stream Deck wants to automatically scale JPGs down while pressed, in order to simulate a button press. Is it possible to turn this feature off? I would love to have a clean transition between my ON and OFF states, without the scaling animation. I understand if this issue falls outside of what is discussed here. Thanks much.
