Angular standalone API

Have you had plans to implement angular standalone API like the new Router API provideRouter?

Something similar to ngrx provideEffects([EffectClass, Effect2Class], config)
And provideComponentEffects([EffectClass, Effect2Class], config) for components. In ngrx effects have a concept of being isolated from component but if we use ngneat/effects with elf store then it's ok for me to have effects that live as long as repo and component do.

Also, do you mind making dispatch method receive one action or an array of actions to dispatch? (the same for dispatching actions in effects)
