Integration test using the benchmark setup

Make an integration test using the benchmark setup, which:

• Creates a restart file for the setup
• Runs the model
• Evaluates the output against known values from Thomas' and Piotr's work (max, min, averages, for instance)

This test is too expensive to run in the current CI setup. We could consider running it before merging something into main, for instance.
