Mirth Connect 4.5.2 I need to leave it?

Hello,

I'm the owner of a small company who develop a connection with a blood tool. We integrate through mirth connect. Today I discover isn't anymore opensource. So what I can do?
I need to leave the project? is there alternative? Can you help me to do the right choice?
I'm confuse and software now stop to work. Maybe this is the reason.

thank you! i'm so newbie in mirth and hl7 so what I can do? just stop to use mirth and migrate on one of this?

The short answer is yes. The open integration engine project is vendor neutral. BridgeLink by Innovar is somewhat similar to how Nextgen was in the sense that it is vendor stewarded.

Technically, you could run Mirth 4.5.2 forever, but there will never be a free update from Nextgen. I don't speak for Nextgen of course, just making an educated guess.
