Issues with sftp file reader

I'm starting to get multiple channels where the channel moves a file but then says throws an error saying it can't delete it, however, the file does get deleted. At first, I thought this was only happening on the new Mirth instances we moved to azure, but now I'm starting to see it on the old appliances we have had for years. We are running version 4.5.2 in azure and 4.4.1 on the appliances.

Any ideas or a setting that would affect this?

Perhaps you should share more information? Is this a file reader? What kind of file reader? You posted enough here to know to give more specific details.

As stated in the title, it is a file reader using sftp.

And where are you doing the move/delete? In the default place on the source tab?

If yes, then I do see this at times as well only on certain SFTP servers. On 4.5.0, in my case AWS.
