Mirth service takes 20 minutes to start when using Oracle 19c database

Hello,
I installed Mirth Connect v4.4.1 on Windows server 2022. No channels have been installed yet; just a standard installation. I am using an Oracle 19C database (Oarcle running on anothe server as Mirth). The strange thing is that the Mirth Service takes 20 minutes to start. Once started, the performance does not show any delay. When I switch to derby database; No issue. I attached the log file. Maybe somebody recognizes this issue, or understands the log file? Any help is greatly appreciated
