Starting all mirth channels from another channel

Is there any way to have one mirth channel that can poll the database for all deployed channels and then loop through and restart them?

You can call the mirth REST API to do that (rather than the database).

So I did find that info and it is helpful using the ChannelUtil calls. One thing I need to do is disable a channel but I don't see that in the API. Is there not a way to do that?

in the REST API you would update the channel. ChannelUtil does not seem to have it, but there a controller you could call to diable it.

One other question. I need to programmatically enable\disable alerts. I'm not seeing a class to do that.
