Trigger Alert Now

As Advanced Alerting development progresses, it would be nice if there was an option to "Trigger Alert Now". In my mind, this would help in multiple instances: first, being able to test email alerts w/o having to modify the alert or wait for the "elapsed time" timer to trip, and second, allow for a "reminder alert" to be sent outside of the "normal" flow. I hope this makes sense.
