New blocklists for Nextdns #1406

Including them in your metadata repository would significantly enhance NextDNS’s blocking capabilities—covering a broad spectrum from aggressive ad removal (including YouTube ads), cookie annoyances, advanced malware protection, cryptomining domain blocking, to phishing and scam prevention.
