Share cards with attachments to email

There should be an option to send/share a card with its attachments by Email.

Send contents and attachments I can see as a separate development, but sharing would require a share by email functionality enabled for Deck as a whole, like is provided by the File Sharing app (enabled by default for Files)

👎 from my side because it sounds like a workaround for #14 (with drawbacks like potentially outdated content, though)
