Add a createUser callback.

It would be like a mix of the session callback and the createUser callback. It would essentially unify all of the profile callbacks and make it simpler to extend the user object, regardless of the provider.

Actually, if this were to be added, a updateUser callback wouldn't be bad, but I think createUser should have a higher priority.
